The San Diego History Center and our own TLASD member Ann Hill, have arranged a special tour of the Junipero Serra Museum and their upcoming 250^th year in San Diego.  USC Alumni Iris Engstrand, who is the Historian of the San Diego History Center will be part of the presentation.

We will have docent tours of the Serra, with time to look at the exhibits and story boards.   For those who wish to continue a docent will walk us over to the exact spot where Father Serra planted his cross and claimed San Diego for the King of Spain.

4105 Taylor St. San Diego, CA 92101  when exiting Presidio Park, take a left on Taylor and another left onto Juan St to enter restaurant.

Cost of Tour without lunch is: $2.00
