Trojan League Associates of San Diego County Scholarship Fund
In 1972, Trojan League Associates of San Diego County (TLASDC) established a scholarship trust account to provide financial assistance to deserving undergraduates from San Diego County. The first awards were made in 1978 to two students, Anita Hehman and Michael Kulwiec.
Since 1978, over $1 million in scholarships for San Diego students have been awarded by our organization.
Donations and proceeds from fundraising events, product sales and a percentage of our savings accounts fund the scholarships with the University providing a 2:1 match of the first thousand dollars given by TLASDC.
TLASDC scholarships target students entering their senior year at USC with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. They must have attended and graduated from a San Diego County high school. After a preliminary screening of applications, eligible candidates are interviewed by a committee of TLASDC members. Scholarships are awarded in accordance with guidelines set by the University.
We appreciate your donations to support our scholarship program.
